All pieces are made to order unless stated otherwise.

Because each item is individually produced, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind may not be accepted once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled case by case.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition if a return is approved.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and custom charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
